We offer a 20-day return and exchange policy. Please see full details in our Terms & Conditions.
If your item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you can easily return it or exchange it for another size using our online portal. The process is the same for both.

A return fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund (outside Denmark: 59 DKK)

Exchange shipping is free – we’ll cover the cost of sending the new item to you
How it works – step by step
Step 1:
Go to our return portal: https://returns.reversio.io/rlvnz

Step 2:
Enter your email and order number
Step 3:
Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
– If exchanging, choose your new preferred size or variant
– If returning, choose whether you want a refund or a gift card
Step 4:
Submit the form. You’ll receive a PDF return label or QR code by email (please allow up to 2 hours)
Step 5:
Pack your item(s) securely – preferably in the original packaging
Step 6:
Return your parcel:

Either print and attach the return label to your package

Or show the QR code at your nearest GLS parcel shop (Schenker AB in Sweden) – they’ll print the label for you
Step 7:
Drop off the parcel and keep your receipt until the return has been processed
Step 8:
Once your return is received and processed:

If you requested a refund, the amount (minus the 39 DKK return fee) will be refunded within 2–3 banking days

If you requested an exchange, we’ll send the new item free of charge

If you chose a gift card, it will be sent by email as soon as the return is processed

You must use the same email address used during checkout

We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds may take 2–3 business days to appear depending on your bank
Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped.
Once an order has entered our warehouse for processing, we are unfortunately no longer able to cancel it.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it using our return portal once it has been delivered.

How to cancel your order
Step 1:
Go to our cancellation portal: https://returns.reversio.io/rlvnz/withdraw
Step 2:
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it and confirm the cancellation by email.
Step 3:
Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.

During launches, promotions, and busy periods, orders may be processed very quickly, which can limit the possibility of cancellation.

If your cancellation request cannot be processed in time, you can return your order after delivery through our return portal.
