We offer a 20 day return policy from date of receival (please see details in our T&Cs on this link). Our steps for returning products (for our Norwegian customers please see further down):

  1. Register your return in our return portal on this link: RLVNZ Return Portal
  2. PDF label/QR code is generated online and sent to your email (please allow up to 2 hours before receiving the email)
  3. Pack the products securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
  4. Add the label you received via email to the parcel (or print the label in a GLS Pakkeshop as part of step 5 below)
  5. Send the parcel via GLS - e.g. GLS Pakkeshop/ GLS Parcel Shop (for Sweden: Schenker AB)
  6. Keep your receipt until we have processed your return

Please note that you will be charged a fee for the return, which we will deduct before processing your refund. In Denmark the fee is 39 DKK. In all the other countries that we ship to the fee is 59 DKK.

If you have more than one order that you want to return you may send them together in one parcel. If you do so, remember to enclose both delivery notes and also mark on the notes which items are returned so there will be no confusion at the return department.

We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 days.

Specifically, for our customers in Norway: If you want to return your order then we ask you to contact us on instead of using the steps above. We will then coordinate with you via email to find a date that fits your schedule for BRING to pick up your return order.
