Order information
- Purpose of collection: To provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Personal data collected: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card and payment provider details), email address, and phone number.
- Source of collection: Collected from you when you transact and engage on our site
- Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our site processor Shopify. Some data will also be shared with fulfilment providers incl. e.g. Systemtransport and either GLS or DAO
Site visit and engagement information:
- Purpose of collection: Allow you to receive information on products back in stock, to receive information on incompleted tasks (incomplete transactions, abandoned baskets), to provide a more relevant onsite shopping experience for you and to prevent fraud and crime.

- Source of collection: Collected from you when you visit and engage on our site

- Purpose of collection: To ensure you can contact us, to allow us to verify your identity and to allow us to manage and administer all your queries.

Membership information:
- Purpose of collection: To allow you to create a membership account and benefit from the membership advantages, to allow you to manage your membership and order history and to more easily shop and experience the site
- Personal data collected: Name, billing address, shipping address, order history, membership billing date, payment information (including credit card and/or other payment provider details), email address and phone number.
- Source of collection: The information you provide when you set up a membership account on our site, your prior engagement with the site and emails/newsletters received as well as your order history on our site. - Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our site processor Shopify, with our membership processor Bold Membership as well as our payment processor Stripe
Social media engagement:
- Purpose of collection: To understand our customers' perspectives and preferences and to answer potential comments
- Personal data collected: Your comments, posts, social media name, photos and videos that are related to RLVNZ own social media accounts and those of our partners (for example social media creators and influencers that we partner with)
- Source of collection: The posts, comments, engagement and other information you provide when engaging on social media platforms
- Disclosure for a business purpose: The information posted on social media platforms will by nature be available to the social media platform itself in addition to us

- Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
- Personal data collected: Version of your web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what products or products you view, search terms, and how you engage with the site

Any members and subsidiaries of RLVNZ Denmark ApS as well as ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries may have access to personal data.

These external partners and suppliers include data processors, logistics companies, payment providers, membership program providers, site maintenance and hosting, marketing agencies, search engine providers, analytics providers and brand creators to help us run and improve our site and business as well as store our data. Our external partners and suppliers only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements. We have entered into agreements with our external partners and suppliers, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
In case we would buy or sell any business or asset, personal data may be disclosed to the potential buyer or seller for the purpose of evaluating and completing the buy/sale.
