Section A – Terms and Conditions for purchasing items in the webshop

Overview

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of items placed online at www.rlvnz.net. By placing an order on www.rlvnz.net you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions laid out in these Terms and Conditions.

For terms and conditions that govern our membership program RLVNZ Club, please refer to Section B below.

www.rlvnz.net is a website operated by RLVNZ Denmark ApS, which is a company registered under Danish law with CVR-number: 43621491 and its registered address on Langebrogade 3K, 1411 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

Ordering

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

We reserve the right not to accept an order or to cancel the order if we suspect the order is being placed wrongfully – e.g. by the use of software, robot, crawler, spider or any automated system or scripted behavior and any use of third party services used to place an order on your behalf. If your order is refused because of this and you believe it is a mistake, please don’t be offended and contact us on contact@rlvnz.net

We try our hardest to live up to all our customers’ expectations but if for whatever reason we identify an error connected with your order we will contact you ASAP to inform you of the options, which may include adjusting the order or cancelling the order.

All prices on the website include VAT and are in Danish Kroner (DKK)

We operate with certain discount codes/discounted access to specific individuals meeting certain criteria (incl. members of RLVNZ Club – please see section B below). In case you are using a discount code/discounted access not intended specifically for you and/or which you have obtained through public platforms or through other individuals/entities we reserve the right to 1) reject the purchase, 2) reject the purchase with the related discount, 3) demand a refund of the discount amount or 4) cancel the purchase 

Payment

RLVNZ Denmark ApS accepts online payments with the following credit/debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro Card, ApplePay, GooglePay, MobilePay,  Amex, Union Pay, ShopPay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. 

Amount reserved

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the we have processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service. 

Debit Card authorization 

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will, therefore, appear to be less.
If you cancel the order or the order in other ways is cancelled, then we will not  withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation. 

Credit Card authorization 

The money will be withdrawn from your account when we process and withdraw the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview. 

RLVNZ Denmark ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Delivery and Shipment

Before you finalize the order you will be given various delivery options depending on the shipping country.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

We will do our absolute best to expedite your delivery quickly but sometimes there may be delays, for example due to delays related to the carrier, logistics etc. We will do our best to keep you updated on the progress of your package.

You can choose to have your package sent with delivery to your home address (e.g. GLS – Hjemmelevering) or the nearest parcel shop (e.g. GLS – Pakkeshop). For international orders we only offer Home delivery.

You will receive an estimated delivery price based on the delivery option you choose. Delivery of orders above 699 DKK to a pickup site (pakkeshop) is free of charge. 

We ship to the following countries in Europe: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Rep., Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

We do not ship to any other countries than the ones mentioned above. Nor do we ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All potential local import taxes connected to delivery to your location will be added to the price to be paid. Specifically, for deliveries to Norway customs duties will be added to the price to be paid.

If you regret your purchase (and wish to make a return)

RLVNZ Denmark ApS offers a 20-day refund on goods purchased on the website. We advise you to get proof of postage upon returning)  

The 20-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

When receiving the item, we advise you try it on to see if it fits as intended. This means, that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the product caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature and size of the product.

If the product is tested/used in addition to what is described above and/or is returned in an unsuitable condition, it is considered used. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, we will not be able to give you a refund. It is up to RLVNZ Denmark ApS to evaluate the product’s condition.

Please note we do not accept returns on beauty, make-up, underwear, swimwear or other hygiene products (unless they are in the original packaging).

For all products that meet the above return requirements we will deduct a return fee from the amount you paid for the product before processing the refund to you. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your refund

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to RLVNZ Denmark ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the products are handled improperly or unusually.

RLVNZ Denmark ApS covers return costs under warranty to a reasonable extent.

Section B – Terms and Conditions for RVLNZ Club membership

The following terms and conditions govern the conclusion of RLVNZ Club membership and the associated benefits when ordering through www.rlvnz.net

Benefits of RLVNZ Club

Membership of RLVNZ gives you access to certain benefits including special member pricing, earlier access to selected products throughout the year and exclusive access to selected products throughout the year.

Signing up for membership of RLVNZ Club

When you sign up for membership of RLVNZ Club your contractual partner is RLVNZ Denmark ApS, Langebrogade 3K, 1411 Copenhagen K.

By clicking the button "Confirm Membership” you submit a binding offer to conclude your membership. We will confirm receipt of your offer immediately by email to the email address you provide as part of the sign-up process.

Membership fee

A membership fee is charged for the RLVNZ Club membership for a period of 12 months. ("Membership Fee Period"). You will be informed of the amount of the fee on the registration page before you complete the registration for a RLVNZ Club membership. The membership fee is charged at the beginning of the membership period.

The membership fee for a further fee period is due 12 months after payment for the first fee period.

Membership term and termination

Membership is concluded for a fixed term of 12 months upon conclusion of the contract. It can be terminated at any time towards the end of the respective subscription period (12 months).

If the membership is not terminated prior to expiration of the ongoing membership period, the membership will be renewed. The renewed membership and all future renewals will be concluded for a period of 12 months with possibility of cancellation towards the end of the subscription period (12 months).  

In the event of termination of your paid subscription, you can of course continue to use RLVNZ Club benefits until the end of the ongoing subscription period.

To terminate your membership, please log into your account, click on "Manage Membership" and click on "Cancel". You are very welcome to contact our Customer Service on contact@rlvnz.net in case of any questions or concerns.

Payment

RLVNZ Denmark ApS accepts online payments with the following credit/debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

In the event of successful collection of the Membership Fee, the 12-month subscription period commences from the date on which the Membership Fee is due.

Unless otherwise specified, payment of the membership fee by means of  promotional vouchers or other credits is not permitted.

Right of revocation

Upon signing up for RLVNZ Club membership you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a 14-day period. The revocation period is 14 days from the day the membership came into effect.

In order to exercise your right of revocation you must inform RLVNZ Denmark ApS on contact@rlvnz.net stating clearly your intention to revoke your membership as well as your name, address, mobile number and email-address.

Upon withdrawing we will refund your membership fee (in so far as a fee has been paid) as soon as possible and at the latest 21 days after we have received your notification to withdraw from your membership contract with us. In case you have taken advantage of the membership pricing (discounted price) offered as part of your membership with RLVNZ Club we will not be able to issue you a refund but will instead cancel your membership towards the end of your current subscription period.

If you make use of your right to revocation in time, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation (e.g. by email). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Repayments

We will automatically arrange for any refunds to be made to the account you used for payment.

Further information

As a member of RLVNZ Club you may receive emails with updates to the benefits associated with your membership as well as with offers and options.

The other conditions underlying the use of the website www.rlvnz.net incl. Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and other documents and links referred to in these shall remain unaffected and shall continue to apply unchanged in addition to these Terms and Conditions for RLVNZ Club membership unless otherwise agreed in these Conditions of Participation.
