  • Can I buy the brands and products on your site in other stores or webshops?

    No, all brands and products on our site are a result of our strong partnerships with specific creators. All products have been designed and developed starting with a blank canvas as part of this partnership. We are determined to ensure the brands are given the best possible conditions to flourish. We believe this happens best on the RLVNZ platform.

  • When will I receive my parcel?

    You will receive an order confirmation by email placing your order. Your package will be shipped once we have processed it. You will then receive a separate email containing the shipping information.

  • I haven’t received my order confirmation

    Please allow up to 24 hours for receiving your order confirmation. If it still hasn’t arrived by then please contact us on this link

  • What price do I have to pay?

    We offer our members special pricing. These prices are explicitly indicated as “Member”. For non-members our normal listing prices apply. Please note that delivery is free for orders above 599 DKK delivery is free. For all other orders there is a fee for delivery.

  • How do I know what size is right for me?

    We aim for all our products to follow the same standard size table. If nothing is stated in the product description or under product information on the product detail page then the product is true to size. We also indicate the height and the size selection of our creators/models and we include a size guide just to the right of the size selection drop-down on the product detail page

  • Will you restock my favourite products?

    We operate with a drop-based model of limited quantities. However, we may restock some products again at a later stage.

  • Cancellations/ Exchanges & Returns
  • Can I exchange an item?

    No, our products are in limited quantity and as a result we cannot guarantee availability of any given product. However, you are welcome to return the product and place a new order for the product you wish instead. Please see our return process on this link

  • Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

    No, once your order has been placed it is, unfortunately, not possible to edit or cancel it. However, you may return the item once it has been received.

  • How do I return an item?

    We offer a 20-day return right. Please find further information under "Returns" on this link

  • RLVNZ Club Membership
  • What is the price of RLVNZ Club Membership and when will I be charged?

    The price of membership of RLVNZ Club is 50 DKK per year. Your card will be charged upon joining. If you don’t cancel during the one-year membership period you will charged on the same date the following year. As a member you can access your payment history and see when your next payment is due by logging into your account.   • I signed up for membership of RLVNZ Club. What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?

    If you want to cancel your membership of RLVNZ Club you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on "Cancel" in the "Manage Membership" overview.

  • What exact benefits do you offer members of RLVNZ Club?

    We offer our Members a range of benefits including Early Access, Exclusive Products and Member Pricing. Please click on this link for more information on our benefits to members

  • How do I update my payment card for the RLVNZ Club membership fee?

    Log in to your account here and click on "Manage Membership". You can then update your payment information where it says "Update Payment Info"
